100 Days without Chocolate, Toffee or Haribos!

It's official: on Easter Monday I reached 100 days without chocolate, toffee or Haribos!
In fact it has been remarkably easy so far to resist all temptation. I have absolutely no interest in, or desire for, chocolate. The self hypnosis and EFT which I used at the end of December  are still going strong. I haven't done anything extra - although it would take only minutes to do. My subconscious has accepted that I no longer need chocolate to survive and I can't say that I miss it at all.
With this, however, has come an unexpected  problem: I can't function in the sweet shop or sweet aisle in the supermarket. Not ideal when there were Easter eggs to be bought.
On the rare occasion I have been asked to pick up sweets or chocolate for other members of my family  it has been almost impossible to buy the correct items.
I'll try to explain...
Imagine being in a foreign country, one where the alphabet is different so that you can't pick up any clues about the items you want to buy. Now imagine going into a shop there to buy a simple item and finding that everything in the shop looks similar and you can't work out what is what from the packaging.
That's how it is in the sweetshop. I can see the different bars of chocolate, but actually finding the chocolate I have been asked to buy  is almost impossible. Luckily I didn't have too many eggs to buy or I would probably still be in the shop...
Hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool for overcoming unwanted habits - I used it for my obsession with chocolate, toffee and Haribos - but it is equally effective for smoking cessation, nailbiting,  drinking, or teeth grinding,   to name but a few.
Whatever your habit, hypnotherapy can help, and for many unwanted habits the problem can be cleared in just one or two sessions.
Remember that a habit is just a learned response;  the brain can be retrained to reject that learned response.
Don't delay! Take action today and put a stop to those unwanted habits.
